KENSINGTON ROW

London

7.jpg

The new development is a key part of regeneration plans developed by the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and delivered by St Edward, to create more than 1,000 new homes; a brand new school and landscaped grounds and linear park. Together, the site spans more than seven acres. This already flourishing community, boosted by the arrival of new residents moving into nearby 375 Kensington High Street, also by St Edward, will be home to more than 2,300  people.
